[Inspiration idea - Recharge]

An idea occurred to me today: a "recharge rate" inspiration, with the following ranks:

1. Shortens all cooldowns by 5%, with a maximum reduction of 15 seconds.
2. Shortens all cooldowns by 10%, with a maximum reduction of 30 seconds.
3. Shortens all cooldowns by 15%, with a maximum reduction of 60 seconds.

 

Obviously, those numbers are "from the hip" - they'll almost certainly have to be tweaked for game balance.

 

The graphic would be a grey box with the clock emblem used for recharge reduction enhancements, obviously.

I'm just wondering if the Power Boost from the Black Scorpion patron power pool is really that good for a Robot/Time MM.  I see it a lot, but I haven't found any explanation regarding why it's so popular.

I've got a robots MM with group fly, and the robots are constantly dropping back out of the aura's radius and falling to the ground.  What am I doing wrong?
