For Brutes: Super Reflexes powers give 13.86% defense and cost 0.26 end/sec. Leadership/Maneuvers gives 2.28% defense and costs 0.39 end/sec Which one do you think is the problem? There is no problem with the endurance cost for toggles in the game. People are trying to help you and you're arguing from a position of ignorance.
