Also noticed this on my controller, it seemed to be introduced by the same patch that fixed the immobilize/knockdown combo in the power set, which was nice, but now Flash Freeze seems pretty useless. Hope it's a bug, otherwise it's not really worth taking. (But again, thank you so much for fixing the immobilize/knockdown, devs!)
