Disruption Arrow only needs a recharge. or with perma hasten you might be fine putting a range io into it or something.
Acid Arrow I actually have the achilles -res proc and then i used it as a mule for a 3 piece scourging blast recharge bonus. Gives me some accuracy and i was struggling to find a place for it in my build.
