Not quite true. The Defense penalty portion of the Rage crash is no longer skippable by stacking Rages. Other than that, go, hunt, Footstomp Skulls.

Well, your biggest problem is that the new power pools aren't available yet. That being said, you can't really go wring with Titan/anything. It's an amazing set. I had a titan/will Brute back on live that I ran through pretty much everything cranked to +4/x8, and all the enemies did was feed the machine.

What's a Brute?
Is it near the AE?

I had an idea I kicked around for a long while. Since pets always wind up in melee anyway, I wanted a melee designed MM set. So I picked Cimerorans. Including the MM going 'screw ranged powers, give me a sword' so he could get in there with his boys like any good field commander. I had a bunch of neat Latin terms I had looked up for things like the pet buffs, based on 'stuff from the Roman army'. And I think I threw in a power for the MM that gave them some 'resist things you find in melee' like Body Armor except, y'know, not crap. I'll have to look around my archives, see if I can find it. It was pretty neat, in my admittedly biased opinion.

I believe you have to leave the base and then go back in. But I might be wrong.

The day I was running through Atlas Park only to see admin channel blast off with 'please do not cyber in local chat beneath the train stations. Thank you.'

Nonsense, adding assets is childs play, all they have to do is public the necessary file formats and the community can churn out assets.

One of the things that always bothered me about AE was why you got influence doing the AE missions. Inf is -- at least, how it's rationalized -- as your public reputation for your actions, either positively (blueside) or negatively (redside) that made people willing to support you, either out of gratitude or fear. But I fail to see how crawling up your electronic navel in AE missions does anything for the public perception of you -- the missions are fully immersive, so getting XP is appropriate, and the ticket system is a reward for participating in the AE missions, but that's it. And since you're already buying rewards with the tickets you get, getting influence on top of that feels like getting double rewards.
Now, with the AE mission XP cut in half, that should cut inf rewards as well, which addresses the issue to some extent, but you're still getting reputation as a hero/villain for what is essentially playing video games, not being a hero/villain.
Now you can truly be the hero they NEET, not the hero they deserve...
