[Illusion / Time builds?]

I made this combo for character background reasons, but I'm not entirely sure about how to build it.  I am also not terribly experienced with controllers.  Any thoughts on how to build something like this?

 

 

[Make Practiced Brawler a toggle]

Most other powers of the same type as Practiced Brawler are toggles, like Unyielding and many others.  I would respectfully recommend changing Practiced Brawler from a clickie to a toggle to match with others like it.
