Apache Server at cityofheroes.dev Port 443 Also, I made a profile but I did not get a verification email. And the profile creation and login pages look like they are not displaying properly.

I make a lot of witch-themed toons. As such, I would like to make a few costume suggestions: 1. Witches' Broom - a temporary power that is functionally exactly the same as a jet pack/flying carpet, but looks like the witches' brooms that the Cabal uses in Croatoa. 2. Domestic Cat vanity pet - like a witches' familiar. Lots of other toon themes could benefit from this, too. 3. Allow ears with hoods - and let elf ears just clip through the sides of the hood. 4. Hood with long hair - a hood that has long hair coming down onto shoulders/chest a little, but not so much that it is likely to interfere with other costume parts. 5. Hood in "back" position - I guess this would be considered a backpack or a mantle.

Can we get a repel field on the main portal in Ouro to gently shove all the toons out out the way that just zone in and then stand right on top of the portal so you can't even find it to click on it? It would only have to have like a 5' radius or less, very minor.

I don't know if this was changed in a patch or something, but I am definitely being awarded limitations badges on "arcs" that are only one mission. I just got the seven badges for the 20-24 bracket in under 15 minutes through the mission Recover the Chameleon Suit. There is a single mission, and you get a Chameleon Suit temp power upon entry that makes the freaks ignore you. You just speed to a glowie, click it, mish and arc over in 2 minutes. I have been doing the same in the previous brackets as well - just running single mission arcs and raking in badges.
