From what i noticed, atlas park had 3 instances running that were so full that it opened up a atlas park 4 and 5, however i think once those closed back down due to player pop falling below a certain threshold, but it seems to have locked my character in that instance (which doesnt exist anymore), will probably fix itself with time, just wait
