Thank you for pointing out the Find Contact button. Right you are, First and Night Ward contacts are there. That Find Contact button was new to me. So handy!

It looks like you are recently returned.  The homecoming team has made a fair amount of changes to the game since the retail servers shut down.  If you are using the old wiki to find information,  some of it will be out of date.  At the top of the forum there is a link to the unofficial homecoming wiki with more up to date information when homecoming makes changes to city of heroes.

 

A new archtype,  new powersets,  new missions,  a strike force,  badges,  a zone.  If you find something wasnt like you remembered then there is a good chance that it was changed by homecoming.

Whoops, I found her. She is next to Underground Imperial. As a side note, it seems there is currently a construction site where the Arena used to be.

Is Mistress Eva still around? I can't seem to find her in the New Corinth neighborhood of Talos Island. I'm looking for her to start First Ward. Come to think of it, is it still possible to do First Ward?
