[Tanker electrical armor ice melee]

Hey guys so as per my title, I went tanker electrical armor and ice melee.

 

Can anyone give me a rough breakdown on rotations for my armor. I never played a tanker back in the day.

Which task force yields badge 1 from positron? I did a positron task force and did not get a badge for it.

I loved city of heros and villans back in the day. I hope to download this tonight and relieve the nastolgia. I'm just not sure if I remake my radiation defender or make someone new.
