I'm not a fan of the enforced T1/T2 swap. That's a big enough change that I might have to call for cottages. I had a /stone on Live whose concept build was not to take any hammers - what if I made him /fire or /ice with no sword? This would be easy enough to fix by letting tankers pick either attack, though.
That leads to a possible argument of letting everyone pick 1st/2nd for their secondary. Which, I think, would generally be OK - I believe the old argument against it was that Stalkers could self-gimp by missing out on Hide, but really, if someone goes and screws up that much I think it's on their shoulders...

Interrupt itself won’t go away. Six was referring to the enhancements, potentially, going away.
Well, quite. Aid Self will need some love if you can't reduce the interrupt.

Bling?
Though more seriously it does provide some small benefit when using out of combat slow snipes, but was never that especially useful due to the weird way interrupt reduction works. It's something that might eventually go the way of Intangibility IOs.
If so, please take a look at Aid Self first...

Res can go negative, so it's not like -res does nothing to something with 0% base.

Updated to the new version and running again. Also, now seeding out the torrent.
Sorry to say I'll be AFK from the project from Thu for a week, going away on holiday, but I'm sure there'll be files left for me when I'm back!
-
I intend to keep it up as well, just still in the middle* of pulling the torrent down.
* well, 75% through

Error time!

Oh, nice compression.
-
I'm just throwing the images onto imgur.
Last night's only error:
-
I finally have a full copy of the files!
Also, a new parser error:

Parse error

That one's literally just a timeout. Try again. I'll modify the code to make that more obvious and less Cryptic.
I just got that timeout as well. Is this maybe a problem with larger files, or just bad luck?
-
Splitting the files off manually is a really good suggestion and file clash is mostly an issue because of my small set of files it can select randomly from.
Ultimately, I'd love the parser to handle multiple runs itself. Some option to just tell it to run 10 instances of itself and get on with it. Use my excessive modern computing resources!

If you could setup a torrent that we know has the good data, after downloading it I'd be able to leave it seeding for a good while.
The time to download is less of a problem if we know the end result will be good.

OK boss :o
I stopped adding because with the small number of files I have right now it started trying to process the same one.
Also, started the web dl hopefully I get the full archive this time.
-
And when it reached 99% it reported that it was stalled. Although it also reported that 219G was dl'd which was the size of the file. I think is was just a reporting issue and that it actually completed, as the archive folder reported the same size.
My 99.9% (and stalled at this point) downloaded 219Gb tar file is definitely not extracting properly :(
No problem with disk space, 7zip only reports 123 files (which is ~1.5Gb). Tried bash tar as well, no change.
But, I'm processing the files it will give me and that's working.
-
Using the torrent myself - I've been downloading for 9h, 6.5hrs left to go.
Surprised that I'm not seeing any uploads from my partial files, never connected to more than the seed either that I've noticed.
edit: I see some errors from the trackers so it's actually not using BT at all to do the download.
I see this appears to be a common archive.org problem e.g. https://archive.org/post/1092178/bit-trackers-not-working
-
Grabbing the archive now, will leave it running while I work :D

Is it just me or does "always on top" not work for the ingame window?
To the best of my knowledge, the in-game window has never worked unless you use Windowed mode. As far as I can tell, this is because the CoH game client doesn't respect "Always on top". You don't need HeroStats to see this problem...open up Windows Task Manager, do Options->Always on Top, and then take a look at it with CoH. In full screen mode, it won't show the Task Manage, but in windowed mode, it will. Used to have this in the FAQ on the HeroStats website, but of course I haven't resurrected that...yet...
Funny. I don't remember ever running in Windowed mode, always borderless, but I definitely used HeroStats. The memory cheats, I guess!

The highest defense you have that could be applied to the attack is the one that affect the mob's to-hit percentage.
So in that example, you'd get 40% vs Ranged.

A (slightly rotating) group of us bounced through Keyes, BAF, Lambda and then Keyes again last night.
The global channels should start to pick up as more people join. These trials groups though I've picked up via regular LFG channel though.
-
There's already things like this, it's just no one is using them a lot
e.g. already existing global channels:
Excelsior
Excelsior Badgers
Excelsior Badges
Excelsior for All
Excelsior Monsters
Excelsior TFs
Excelsior Unofficial

Sorry, no go. The third option are the people who say they'll eat anything. That's not actively Pro-Pineapple, but it's certainly not Anti-Pineapple. They're saying they'll eat it if it's there.
