Excalibur

Hey gang, been a while since I've played and done an actual, reliable build. Was looking for opinions on something for DP/Devices, since I have a Beam/Devices fella and looooove me some Field Operative. (Also, Devices for the theming I'm going with) Also curious if in this build I should slap a ton of damage proc chances into Hail of Bullets, but unsure on the math behind it.

Not much else to add. I feel like it might have been caused by accidentally killing one of the mechs while it was pathing to merge with another in its spawn, but I can't be certain.

Likewise. If somebody could kick Fiend on Excelsior, I'd be grateful.
