Actually, I notice that my Mids doesn't have Spines available on Brutes. Do I need to update it?

I've been messing around with a spines/bio brute and am having a lot of fun! I've been trying to figure out a good build and was hoping some people already had a jump start on this! I just got to Homecoming this past week (Woohoo!) so I'm starting fresh! Any help would be appreciated!

Hi There! I was wondering if you have ever messed around with a Bio Armor/Street Justice build? I'm looking for something that can tank just about anything but also at least deal a little bit of damage! All of your builds look incredible! Thanks!
