Hey guys, I was wondering if someone could help me with my new ill/rad troller. I started over in CoH because I wanted to go through the story arcs and play each one. I have never actually went through them as I was always in a hurry to level. So here is my problem. I have a build that I like, "I looked through the forums and found it" "Its not mine" lol, I suck at IO Building. However, I would like to use teleport, teleport target, and team teleport but dont know how to change the build up to put those in. I know you have the temp power ATT but the teleport goes with my toon thematically and its what I would like to use. Can anyone help me?
