I have enough money, but wasn't going to bust the bank, as I'm not sure how much I'll play with the other 12 50's. I couldn't see any holes the purple procs provided on seeds, that's why I skipped to focus on recharge on seeds. I wasn't building with perma-dom in mind, Recharge sits at +140, I don't know what I need permadom to be at. I was focusing on Soft-cap range 46% and S/L both at 43%, Psi is a hole, only 19%, with 0 resistance. I was hoping to stay at range. Strangler, was the odd man out. I do find that I use it a lot, I'll see if I can rejig.. Thanks!

I've played a claws scrapper, so I figured I would try the ranged path. It's just so odd to play melee for 25 levels to throw it all aside and rebuild. I have plenty of funding available. I see the link in your signature, I glanced through it earlier, I'll give it a good read. Hopefully that will get me started.

I've been playing melee build so far, because there didn't seem to be any other way to play. I'm lost now and have no idea which way I should build. Any suggestions on how to proceed, I've been going through this forum, but am lost. It looks like there are 3 options : Range, Hybrid and Melee builds. My only opinion right now is that the end use is insane for the amount of damage I am doing. Any help/suggestions would be great. Thanks

Hey! I'm really enjoying my DP/MC blaster, so much that I wanted to share my cheap build. I'm currently at level 45 and was able to get most of it in place for under $200 million (I think that's pretty cheap). I just took on Silver Mantis (EB) solo and didn't get hit more than once, I was overjoyed as I've always found her crazy hard. I've got S/L both almost to 45% and Ranged to 49%.
