Do you find that the procs still all go off? Besides the fiery orb, the others ones seem to go off very rarely for me. I am using almost the same as you except I have aJavelin volley- Chance for Lethal damage instead of the extra ice minstral

I recently made a plant/martial assault dominator, mostly for theme reasons rather than having the "best" build. That being said, I have space for one power to select next and I was wondering if I should get spinning kick or dragon tail, if I had to pick one. Visually, I think I've seen Dragon Tail and it is just like a low leg sweep so I am leaning towards Spinning Kick only bc I haven't seen it. I've read from one other post that spinning kick is hard to land hits, also Dragon Tail is further down the list which implies it might be a better power? Any thoughts are welcome. Thank you!
