I came up with this a while back after some kind help from a few other people. It seems to work pretty well for me.
My main attack chain is Hack, Head Splitter, Disembowel, with some other stuff tossed in when it seems to make more sense.
Also note that I was not amazingly, stupidly rich to be able to pull this off. It did require a few billion influence, merits, enhancement converters, and patience, but it was doable without being a gazillionaire.

Coming here to second this proposal. Local really has too far a range to be comfortably social anywhere, but especially in bases or D. Trying to keep up with the conversations that you're having while mentally filtering out things from all the way across the room is stressful, and it makes it very easy to lose the thread of your conversation.
