Delete Beanbag and replace with Aim. Nobody actually wants to keep beanbag except contrarians who oppose all change out of principle, and the opinions of contrarians aren't meaningful or relevant to improving a powerset.

Sentinels are the only AT worth using this power on, at least in my experience.
Suppressive Fire is DP's strongest ST attack when properly slotted, even on Blasters.

While it's nice to have the ground effects to show you the radius, it's ultimately unnecessary, and I could do without having a giant swirling vortex around my character 24/7. A minimal FX option would honestly make it a lot better.

The flamethrower FX that is meant to come from the AR's 'grenade launcher' instead appears well underneath the rifle, firing from nowhere. On other models like the Hyperrifle which only has one 'barrel' it comes from the same barrel as the bullet FX.

I can say, with a reasonably high degree of confidence, that I doubt too many people would want dildo(e)s in a new CoH2
But then there's always gonna be somebody who wants to play "dildo assault" as a power set
If you want to assault people with dildos there's always Saints Row

And this is why you don't buy a Mac. Never let anything or anyone else but you decide what software you're allowed to use.

I mean, that's not true as we've already discussed. 1.1 is enough for up to about +2s maybe but beyond that you have to slot a lot of accuracy for it to hit higher, and won't help any bit with enemies with defenses. Plus the main issue too where they can't really benefit from most combos who don't have a long duration to hit since they're pseudopets. It's definitely going to be noticeable when fighting +3s and 4s, and as a result will also mean you're going to have to get a ton more accuracy slotted than most other builds/powers have to deal with exhausting the slot issue even more on them. 1.1 is definitely not enough for these two powers. Really hoping this is upped before this hits live.
Alternatively, you can just not worry about having 95% to-hit vs everything. Especially vs +4, which is a boring damage sponge grindfest that no reasonable person would specifically build for.

It was a Master run. With many deaths in the 1st mission. This limits a level 50 ITF to no incarnates and some other restritions. And it was being run at +4.
But the real reason I quit was the leader never advertised it as a "All Tank +4 Master run" Then was the first to die. I just try to avoid stepping in dog shit.
You can still do the TF without getting the badge... or without incarnate powers. In fact a decent tanker should be able to *solo* level 54 ITF. Especially a Dark/Dark, considering I could do it on my SR/WM no problem.
Honestly, missions where people die a lot are a lot more fun than mindless steamroll, because then you can organize them, and get them to use tactics, etc. I ran 54x8 PI radio missions plus a safeguard with a team of random lowbies that way, even though people died multiple times per mission. But just reminding them to use their insps and to stick together worked wonders, combined with liberal use of revival/resuscitator on my end. And it wasn't even council only!
But I guess giving up and calling it dogshit is easier ᖍ(ツ)ᖌ

So the TF was going fine and you quit... why, exactly?
Why didn't you rez the people that died? Or at least give them a wakie?
Very confusing story. It just sounds like you got mad that it was going too slow and ragequit.

You mean like a circle that burned critters? You might be onto something there.
I seem to have this very very vague recollection of a fire wall type power now that I've been thinking about it, but I can't say 100% that it was from City of Heroes. Might have been another game.- 1

thinking... if you could expand a cone to 390 degrees, would enemies in the 30 degree cone behind you be hit twice by the power?
No, it'd just be a 360 degree cone

And what i really want to do is making a humanoid reptile with fake wings and delusion of grandure who claims to be some kind of dragongod, while IC the character isnt even a dragon
as bonus keep it bellow lvl 10 and have the character claim they can Solo Hami.
sorry not constructive
Playing RP characters that pretend to be powerful (but in reality they aren't) is fun!

Just ran a patron arc at 35 last night and the experience was identical to what you're talking about. Turns out a full team of controllers/dominators/corruptors is pretty squishy if you're not careful. If we tried to just steamroll everything mindlessly we died, but with a bit of tactics and coherency we were able to succeed.
You can still play the game the 'old way'. Or any way you want. It's really up to you.

It may seem like a minor issue to some, but visual differentiation between in-combat and out of combat character animations exist for a reason. They are instantly recognizable cues for events happening during gameplay, and create a more meaningful experience for the player.
You know, I find the best way to visually distinguish between whether I am in combat or out of combat is to look around for the bad guys trying to hit me. If there are bad guys trying to hit me then I am in combat, if not then I am not.

If base building works in Windows but not Linux, the solution then is to use Windows if you want to base build.

All I'm going to say atm cause I'm really tired is...I know EXACTLY who the OP meant in the original post & I really wish they'd get their head out of their own posterior and stop eating themself, so people can enjoy RP without dealing with a 'I am the END ALL, KNOW ALL, BE ALL' bullshyte they bring to any interaction. *may add actual constructive stuff to this reply later*
What you do with yourself, and what you think of others, is always your choice, and your choice alone. If you don't enjoy the way someone else interacts with you then that's your choice. And If you choose to not like them, then you can also make the choice to not interact with them.
Sure, you can always choose to interact with someone who you've chosen to not like. But I choose to think that's a pretty stupid thing to do.

Just because we have the source code doesn't mean the game engine itself can handle a requested change.
But you could always rewrite the game engine.... or apply a pinch of black magic to make it work despite the limitations. Like I said, just a matter of time and talent.

I wouldn't call it completely ridiculous. Maybe not feasible with game engine, but only a dev would know that for sure. Would definitely be interesting though. Have Mirror (Standard) and Mirror (Random) options? Sure, sounds fun.
We have the source code, so nothing is infeasible. It just depends whether it's worth the time and talent to implement.
