From the Dark World of Lothlodusan, the Royal Court of the Drow Queen Tokemi has come to Paragon City following a Thief who has taken one of  the Queen's prized Treasure's. In so doing she has set her sisters and guards out all over the city and Rogue Islands in search of it. As she has decided to aid those fighting against those who attacked her kingdom, She has taken many of this worlds Heroes into her court to aid with bringing down all enemies who have done those she see's as innocent wrong. The base is set to accommodate both the Drows and humans and others who aid the Queen.
