Mission arc from Blue Steel King's Row Infiltrate the Skulls I am not sure this is a bug or not but I did this just tonight and the other day and this exact thing happened. I have run many toons through this and I have never seen this < seems minor to report but who knows >> End of mission when you are a 'skull' trying to gain trust .. the PPD barge in and raid the place.. You are to leave so as not to blow your cover. At the final door There is supposed to be 3 skulls waiting for you.. The dialog in game is consistant.. but the 3 are not there. The male and 2 chicks he is with. This is all I can report.. It might be just a bug but I have never NOT seen them at the door waiting for me when we 'escape through the sewers' lol. not sure what files to add here tho.

I am an old player of CoH but never really got but one 50 on live for various reasons. I have made my first Thugs mm and am now in my early 20s.. I just noticed that the enforcers have Maneuvers and Tactics. If they have those two powers .. Why then would the mm herself get them? That would free up power space. Do they double up on bonuses? Is it for slotting reasons? Please advise since I have always been noobish with IO sets in the past.. My only 50 on live had normal IOs no sets since at the time.. I was FTP.

I have gotten to level 36 and I really like Bio/Katana. I have already picked up all the primary skills. Just wait till you get to DNA Siphon. O_O. I have been using it for an amazing heal since I run defensive adaptation but just read something on the forums saying it works on corpses?? hmm. I myself am searching for more of an understanding on tanks since I have never had one past 24 on live. I do not know if you should put slots in Inexhaustible but I put 3 and it does seem to keep +regen/+recovery very nice. put io healing and end mods in it. 3 slotted the toggles.. I have not had endurance issues so have NOT put a fourth slot in those toggles for end redux. I have only recently at 35 started to have some end issues.. I believe its because I have been a bad girl and taken all the attacks :) SO far.. Stamina has 2 slots in it for end modification atm. I play with a blaster friend and we run around at x5 mobs.. I am not confident enough to up the level so we just up the numbers and I run around gathering everything and he waits for me to hit The Lotus Drops before he unloads and death begins.

I've been a Dark fan forever. Take it on non MMs.. My necro is so much fun.

I have a question. I see that Tequila placed the CoH files all over the folder I installed it in.. I would like to clean up the CoH files so they are in one folder with Tequila.. I did the Tequila install method btw. so that I can set up my mastermind keybind txts. is there a list somewhere that I can see what Tequila installs so I can gather them up and place them in a CoH folder?
