Hey, returning player here from live and just hit 50 on my first character. First time making a build like this so any feedback is greatly appreciated. Want to focus on damage with support a close second, mostly playing in groups. It's not super important for me to hit defense caps or anything. With the -tohit, I'm not dying a lot. One thing I was wondering is what powers are better for procs? I have chance for knockdown slotted on whirlpool right now and it is pretty underwhelming. I haven't really played around with other procs yet. Thanks for any help!
