I recently rolled a Rad/Psi and wow, really fun. My last tank was a INV/SS, which was my first toon way back from live launch, and I'm enjoying this build immensely over SS.

I don't see too many tankers spec'ing Provoke from the presence pool these days. Inst that a ranged aoe taunt or is it single target?
