Hello! I've just discovered this tool thanks to a helpful player ingame. I am looking for a lists (or something list-like) of the powers that accept a specific type of IO set. Specifically, I would like to know what are all the powers that accept Defense Debuff IOs? I am having trouble figuring out if City of Data has this capability or not. Would someone please help me learn how to do that in CoD, or tell me if it is not possible in CoD, and/or if there is a different resource I could use to see such lists? Thank you!
