  1. Solo LGTF +4 x8   on blaster

Lvl 50  ice/ice/mace blaster   all T4    Frost Heroine

    No dual boxing.

I had previously soloed LGTF on Frost Heroine at lowest setting. On March 20, 2021 I completed the Task Force at +4 x8.

Mission 1 (save Penny Yin):  Rescue her then let her get defeated. Mission completes.

Mission 2 (Defeat the Riders):  Fighting one or two at a time at +4 not bad. Harder to fight group of three or four at once on Blaster. Fortunately they can be pulled so you can fight one at a time.

Mission 3 (Rescue captives): Free Infernia and Glacia, then let them be defeated.   Mission completes.

Mission 4 (Defeat weakened Hami): At +4 solo this took a while to figure out.  When going into cytoplasm you get mezzed and hit with un-typed damage and toxic (from greens).

For toxic resist: used orange inspiration, toxic resist from Scorpion shield, and 5% base buff.

    Mez: Clarion and breakfrees.

    Yellow mitos: use melee

    Blue mitos: use ranged.

Green mitos: Must hold them to drop their shields.  I had 3 single target holds each with lockdown chance +2 mag hold. It took about nine hits for shield to drop and it only stayed down 5-6 seconds.  Needed Red inspirations and BU/aim up to max damage when shield dropped.

Hami: roadblock here bigtime. I had been pulling Ritki in soup like people do before doing pylons.  Hami kills the ritki you pull in. Then down the pylons, summon pets and attack. EOE’s used.  Got hami to 50% once but some pets don’t attack hami even if nearby (Shivans,  radio bu).  I guess cause +4 aggro difference.  Hami eventually targets my blaster and doesn’t stop til im dead.

I discovered thru trial and error the trick here is take down pylons from range first. If careful Ritki wont aggro and will stay in place.  Then pull the Ritki in cytoplasm, they will attack hami and do damage. Six full groups of ritki alone take hami down to 5%, my blaster did the rest.  Also what helps is when mitos are gone you can heal yourself in cytoplasm.

    Mission Complete

Mission 5 (defeat Honoree):   The 1st AV easy with summoned pets. The Honoree was tougher. He had resists and used unstoppable. I had to optimize temporary pets and super team inspiration.  Went with BP T4 for –res and cold damage. Vanguard heavy and RV Heavy.

    Thanks all!

  3. Soloing lvl 54 av last mish in lgtf. Signature summon pet will attack av. Shivan, backup radio pet and snowman will not attack even when next to av. They will attack briefly if av attacks them. How do I get them to fight?

  4. two boxing mltf , rad rad brute and sonic def.
With this combo I had 90 % resists to all but psionic.
Aeon was ripping thru my brute like there were no resistance at all. And i think his temporal power was nullified. Does he ignore toons resistance?

  5. Success!

Two boxed with Psi/fire brute with Sonic/dark def.  Ambushes lasted a full 60 min. Had to wait out and defeat ambushes cause they would occupy pets and kill pets. But after that could concentrate on AV with pets out and debuffs. That part was relatively fast. The defender power prevented Reischman's heals.

    Ty all for advice

  6. I read somewhere a TW/bio scrapper soloed this.

The ambushes aren't a problem anymore with my /fire brute can sit out in caves while ambush mobs come. AV wont follow.  Set burn to auto and ambushes cleaned up with no deaths. Can go out and seen a movie or something.

Its the Reischman heals.  I had a defender in there  used its power (stop Reischman heals) once then the power disappeared

  7. OMG Baraccuda 2 boxing with my Psi/fire brute and Sonic dark defender.

The last mission I spend 90  min then quit. Reischman when I got him to below 50% he healed to 80-90 %.  And this happened 3 times in a row.  I dont think he is supposed to use dull pain three times in a fight but he did.  Figure he would just keep popping the heal.  Bug?

And the ambush spawns took a full 60 min til they stopped. And I was burning them down fast with Psi/fire brute.

Captain Tracey : They sacrificed hundreds, just to draw us out in the open. And then they came, and they came. We drained four of our phasers, and they still came. We killed thousands and they still came.

  8. Been trying to solo (2 box) Barracuda. At the final fight with Reischman the ambush spawns are endless, I fight the out in the caves so Reicshmn doesnt follow. But they are never ending, hundreds and hundreds. By the time I gave up the reichsman room was filled to the brim with mobs.

What needs to be done to stop the spawns?

  9. Also, all T4:

    Hybrid Assault Radial Embodiment
Lore  Knives of Vengeance Radial Sup ally
    Judgement  Ion core final judgement
    Alpha  Spirital Core Paragon
    Destiny Ageless Radial Epiphany
    Interface Reactive RadiaFlawless

My go-to strategy for Ghost Widow on a character without overwhelming damage is to stack up on tier2 lucks and pop 2 at a time. This way, even if her hold hits, my character stays softcapped during the magical levitating moment and *should* stay alive through passive regen and resistances.

Her heal on its own (at floored tohit) probably shouldn't a dealbreaker for a scrapper, provided you have your ducks in a row with attack chain and all. If you're not sure, it can be worth hopping by the scrapper forum and starting a BS/SD thread. DPS increases matter disproportionately against +4 AVs, between the purple patch and their regen.

An option to trick Lore pets into fighting without feeding can be to start flying about 40 feet above ground. GW flies too so she will follow, while your pets will stand under and be forced to use ranged attacks, away from her heal.

Thank you got past GW last nite using fly technique    next is towers ? LR!
