There seems to be an issue with the epic power pools armor ablites as some of them do not have the minimal effects option like their architype power counter parts do. Rock armor has a minimal effects option when it is from the stone armor power set for tankers/scrapers, etc. but for the epic power pool Earth mastery, the same power dose not have this customization opption. This is a bug because the power frozen armor, from the ice mastery epic pool, has the minimal fx option as the other armor powers do.
