Sad to say that I am NOT to great with creating a build. Reason why I seek a build. One that can add Aqua Bolt and Instant Regeneration as part of the build.

Thanks. I shall keep that in mind for the Instant Regeneration as part of the build. If anybody can help with it first. LOL

I truly appreciate the possible options. I still prefer the regen option with water.

Greeting's Fellow Hero's; I am new to the game. The one build that truly caught my attention was the Sentinel Water Blast/Regen build. When I tried to look up the build through the multiple search engines. I couldn't find a single build. Might be a logical reason. So, I decided to try my luck and locate a forum. If there was one. And hello. There was. So, I'm going to try my luck here. If there is a reasonable low cost PvE build that I can get my hands on. Something that uses Aqua Bolt as one of the abilities. I would be most grateful to anyone who can share their build. And help me with the possible choice that I can use. I can try and answer some questions. Except as I stated. I am new. I just need a build that I can use in game that can possibly handle for solo in PvE. Thank you; Subiectum LXXVII
