Hi all, I just started trying this game again now that the kids have grown up. I was cruising the forum and saw this. Hell of a way to start my day. I remember my time with her fondly, especially a phone call where she was teasing me about being absent from the game for my "hot date", which eventually turned into my lovely wife and now family with 4 teenagers. A conversation I've remembered from time to time throughout the years. I'm sorry I missed the wake. I need to see if I can remember my login to the RO forums. -- Akari

Hi, I've been searching the forums for about an hour and am giving up. I played this game at launch in 2004 until I had to give it up for my new family and just found it again. I'm trying it again because I remember it fondly and wanted to introduce my kids to it. I have a character in the tutorial, and I can't seem to run anywhere that's not a straight line unless I stop and turn. It doesn't feel right. I could be misremembering things at my age, but it seems like I used to be able to run, and with the mouse look or holding the left mouse button, be able to steer around things smoothly without stopping. I've poked at the settings and key binds and haven't found anything. Anyone want to help an old player? Thanks in advance,
