  1. Just seeing this issue for myself with an Elec secondary Tanker. The problem, as I see it, is that while getting more than one enemy in the really small cones (Jacob's Ladder and Shatter in particular) is doable by targeting one enemy "through" another, it's inconsistent and hard to position, with the enemies often wheeling around each other and foiling your efforts. Hitting two enemies side-by-side next to you is impossible though, because the cone is too narrow to get both when the game insists on having you target one of them, rather than a space in between them. For this reason alone, the cones should all be wide enough to hit 2-3 enemies positioned adjacently around your character at melee range instead of requiring repeated position finagling to actually make the multi-hit power... multi-hit.
  2. I happened to check the Combat Attributes on my Bio/Elec tank last night while playing and noticed that the Efficient Adaptation bonus buffs to Evolving Armor were not applying. I cycled the Adaptation and the bonuses began to apply correctly. This was then tested with the other adaptations and found to have the same issue (Offensive Adaptation doesn't provide any numbers in CA so I can't be 100% it's also broken - but it's a safe assumption). Cycling either the Adaptation or Evolving Armor once in the new instance causes the Adaptation buffs to apply correctly; it's just not auto-applying when entering a new instance. Adaptation buffs continue to correctly apply to other active toggles and passives as appropriate. This also happens with leaving an instance back to the game overworld. As a player, the mitigation is simple if a little annoying - cycle your Adaptation of choice on entering a new instance/the world in the same way you would cycle travel powers. Players who naturally switch Adaptations a lot likely won't even notice the issue.
