High Sportsmanship

What are the best (or expected) pools to get into as a defender? I'd think leadership? What else? What epic pool? I'm asking this from a mostly game balance/effectiveness pov; flavor and conception wise it is, like most things CoH, wide open! Thanks.

I'm running a SoA with all the pets. They are not up yet 100% but getting there. They are pretty much slotted for defense, and the build is I think the most expensive one I've done. I get by with no travel power, using ninja run + sprint (and the inherent speed increase from mental training I think). It's mobile enough. I've a backpack for flying when I need it (like ITF in the last part where you're bouncing from rooftop to rooftop). So my backpack has a backpack, I guess? He's fun, but requires a little watching to make sure he doesn't run out of END. Mainly played in a group, though he solos well so far. Not done with slots so he's not up to 4/8 levels yet.
