I would really appreciate it if the new difficulty options could not just spawn naturally anywhere. It's already beyond weird that kallisti has mobs that go above level 50, and it's one of the reasons I don't like to even go to that zone despite adoring it otherwise. In addition, please give the rewards for higher difficulty levels diminishing returns. This should be for challenging yourself and opt-in, not set up as the new normal. Thank you.
