Used the above link to download the builder, and Malawarebyte's blocked the site for suspected Trojan. FYI.

I had the same thing, you just need to add it as an exclusion in Mal.  It's most likely because there is an Exe download on the main page, and Malwarebytes hates those.  Although, that is your option to not add it just incase you want to be cautious.

  2. As others have said, TW is very slow starting out and is VERY End heavy.  I went with Willpower on my Brute and, with some other sets and Energy Mastery, no longer have any issues with TW's end usage.  Along with that, when you get a group around you, you can really mow things down with the AoE attacks, but you need to make sure the cone attacks are aligned correctly.

  3. I found that the Recovery Serum from the P2W vendor is pretty good for Spines/FA (Or any not WP/Regen) Brutes who run farming.  It's a 5 min CD and I think lasts around 3 minutes, or maybe 2.  Regardless it's cheap, can be bout up to 50 charges and really helps if you are looking to not have a Blue tongue from all the End Insps.

  4. Not sure how good it is, or the cost.

  5.

This list is exactly what you described - it shows the defence and rez for each mob, but not their location...

Sorry, let me check the other file that I have, when I get home.  It may not actually be in my drive but on my desktop.  I work on putting something together and some other types to align them to the format in the file posted.

  6. I'll check when I get home, but I do have a mob Def/Dam Res list that I can share. I know I've seen the list you've mentioned though, because I used to use something similar for my Defeat badge hunting.

I'm not sure how helpful it will be with Homecoming, if anything was modified, but it might a good place for all the mobs.  I grabbed it from a archive forum post, but it should be somewhat up to date.

Note: It's a drive file so you can Dl a copy as needed, but make sure to keep the original contributors since it is/was their work:

    https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Y2P_lCCQjGlVJHrCUKxSGaa3Ul7FMYhYaPykgtcHz4E/edit?usp=sharing

  7. One thing to note is that Invention enhancement don't decrease as you level, and the Lvl 25 or 30 ones are usually the ones people use until they hit 50 and start their Set builds.

If you are looking for them on the AH, also make sure to check the recipe costs as well.  Sometimes you can make them cheaper but there is a catch:

You need inf to make them, in addition to the recipe (which you can buy at a station, so don't overpay on the ah) and the mats.  So it might be good to go to a workstation and open up the /ah right there to make sure you aren't throwing away inf.

  8.

you can still get hero/villain merits, but they are no longer really used for anything except mailing merits between characters if you want to do that for some reason (easier to send one H-merit than 50 regular ones)

When changing mains I did this.  Though it was the best thing since I had a few run-ins with sending 100+ emails full of RMs.  This is probably the best use for them.

  9. Interesting choices.  I've went another route and planned mostly with LoTG in my defenses on my non-tanky build and used Obliteration 6 set on my PBAoE, with ATO going into Rend Armor.

I was looking at Gaussian's Synchronized Fire-Control - Chance for Build Up in FA, but decided against it so I could get Maneuvers instead. That 5% change for BU is the monkey on my back and I'll probably respec sometime in the future for it.

I'll have to do compare my numbers with these, but I'm using a slightly older build I found, which focuses on S/L, Melee Defense, and Global Recharge.

Also, if you have the inf, you might want to put Performance Shifter - Chance for +End in Superior Conditioning.  +5 end, and then a +42.4% IO since it will only net you +2 more end.

  10. I played both since Beta (in my younger days, when I had a lot of free time).  I remember buying the Lifetime CO membership and thinking it was awesome, but then was worried about the issues and balance they had at launch.

CoX was always my favorite, due to how everything seems to align.  It's weird, but I just liked CoX way more.  I didn't know either of the backstories too much when starting them, but CoX seemed to be easier to catch on to a seems a lot more "mature" than CO.

  11. I'm 40 with Emperor of Mankind, and didn't take Hasten due to things feeling okay with Momentum as well.  One thing I'm looking for is the Epic/Patron Powers and if any are worth it.

I took Energy Mastery, due to some End issues even it a proc IO and a decent amount of IOs in Stamina and Quick Recovery.

  12. The fact that this thread exists ensures I'm going to gank things at random when I see people fighting them in-world instead of just running past hitting you with a buff or heal. The game mechanics here are more in line with Asheron's Call than Everquest, so "kill stealing" was never an issue, but I certainly "frown upon" people who get butthurt about it.

I agree, any might even make a ninja stalker just to make it a bit more "thematic".
