    where are the prisons, or how do you make them?

    There is a thick cable in the editor that can be used to make prison bars.   Floor grates tipped on end might also work, depending on the look you're going for.  For a lock, there are bathroom stall locks, and some of the wall cables have boxes on the ends that are decent facsimile of a prison door lock.

    While I'm not going into why we didn't choose one base or another, there were holes in this design that got trixie and I got /stuck below the floor.  

    We understand that not everyone will like our choices. But they are our choices and our billions to give away.  Trust me when I say that we took great care in looking the details in everyone's base and asked questions when we had them.

    I understand your concerns but The Divine's base was marked as finished in the time it was supposed to be. The magnitude of that build was incredible. I loved Chaos Girl's base just as much as I loved all the others and that's why I believed she deserved an honorable mention. Rose and I had a /really/ tough choice on who took third place. We debated it for days which is why it left you guys all antsy and on your toes on just who would place in the top three.

    We threw shoes at each other.... we stopped talking for days... i had to send her a rose to get her to think of me again... it was a big family battle.... i will never be the same lol

    Base Design Contest Excelsior Shard

    Hey guys! 

     Council of the Rose has a new base contest posted on the homecoming excelsior server forums!

    You have until Saturday to sign up to participate, but 30 days to build.

    There is FOUR BILLION influence on the line....

    Just go down a few categories (excelsior shard forums), and sign yourself up.

    The base is currently in use so I can't delete it, once I've rebuilt it I'll move the base teleport for judging.

    I was part of the old forum newsletter and used to travel servers showcasing super groups and their bases.  Wrote a long guide on small sg base building, and was pretty heavily involved in most "events" in the late game.

     

    I see a ton of names here I recognize, like a Freedom celebrity roll call, and I hope to see more of you in game!

    When to takeover poor leadership

    If I don't know how to run something or if I have only run something once or twice- I ASK for help. I never try to waste anyone's time.  If the leader saw that it was going sideways and wasn't trying to do anything to stop it, then I would have started sending tells to the leader, giving them advice as to what to do next. I never would do it in front of a team... if they ignore me and it still is going sideways... either I quit or I take over.
