Tequila failing to grab the manifest? Try this!

I did this, In Tequila, click Options then under Manifests paste "https://forums.homecomingservers.com/update/manifest.xml" (without the quotes) then click Add. When I did it, it launches and then disappears. I'm not sure how to fix it.
