(To preface: I'm by no means a pro theory-crafter or builder.) Here's what I came up with today. I prioritized sustain and mitigation over damage, as we are Tanks after all. I did not frankenslot procs galore as I have for other builds. (There are procs, just not 5-6 in one attack.) THIS IS WITHOUT INCARNATE POWERS SELECTED, so keep that in mind. It is not a cheap build, but I'm likely to go for it anyway to dust off the ol' nostalgia-laced toon and see what he's got in 'em.
