You need to enable NPC dialogue, and probably "cutscene captions" too just to be safe. I don't remember which one does it, but any of your chat tabs needs these filters enabled. It doesn't have to be the one "in focus", and as such can be any one of your extra chat tabs, you know, the 1-4 ones where you can add a new tab.

On the villain tip mission to fight mangle/slag golems, the chest you need to loot spawned inside of the wall on this particular tileset generation.
