[Safe Mode Discontinuation Support - Windows]

Created Games folder, and City of Heroes folder.

 

Loaded Tequila, into the City of Heroes folder, done

Run Tequila as admin. started, problem comes as it starts to download. Thats when it just stops, closes. nothing more happens

Help please.

I am logged in obviously as i can post. But i get this error when clicking the game account link.  Any thoughts?
