As much as I'd like to GRAB MOAR Purple/PVP recipes, I don't think this is a good idea at all.
What do you think you about the SO suggestion though?

In all seriousness, this has been debated since PvP was put into this game. If you want to badge, it's easy enough to find a time when someone isn't in the zone. Most PvPers are pretty decent people and won't farm people if one doesn't act like an entitled person.
There is also badges for PvP kills in zone, so perhaps people are working on those badges just as you are working on explore badges. Maybe one could work out a compromise where you both get the badges you need.

There is a timer already, It's 30 seconds...plenty of time.

Two things:
1. Create a costume, save costume, then proceed to use costume for all characters. RP where necessary when people get confused
2. Hit the auto button, change one thing, done

So I went to try this out and something odd started happening. Instead of the power just refreshing (like Hasten when you have perma Hasten) the power began to stack on top of itself ON TOP of resetting the duration. It seems that this would take my powerboost out to infinity if I let it run that long.
I made a video showing the progression, you'll notice eventually I end up softcapped to Smashing damage after a couple applications
Anyways, I thought this was fun and wanted to show everyone. Now if we could only get this on dominators....

I moved my empath over to that server got him up to level 6. Going to try to join a could DfB's tonight to get some levels

I think Bio/SS is the most broken tank in the game and I don't think second place is even remotely close.
