This map is the second mission for the Freaklympics mission arc. The last captain is almost always hidden. Also many of the enemy groups are hidden until you are right on top of them.

This issue also prevents you from getting the Agent of Chaos badge since you can never complete the Fire Wire story arc. Would love to see a fix for this.
