[No damage from Spring Attack using a Sentinel]

As of today 8/31/2019, the Pools Power Spring Attack does not do any damage on my lvl 38 Electric/Regen Sentinel.

 

I thought this was fixed in an earlier Patch.   Please advise.

As of today 8/31/2019 the pool power Spring Attack is not doing any damage while using my level 38 Elect/Regen Sentinel.  I thought that this was fixed in the Aug 27, 2019 patch.
