You probably don't need or want Strength of Will, and Body Mastery is maybe a bit curious for WP. This gets you to 32.5 for F/C/E/N defense, reasonable S/L/P, and capped S/L resists. I bet there's a way to change some of the S/L resist slotting for better efficiency. With all +HP accolades and at 10 enemies for Rise to the Challenge, this also is >100hp/s regen, which is pretty respectable for a scrapper.
