  2. I don't understand, what's the point of a defense power that doesn't work when you are in combat?

Didn't played for like 4 years, and now that I'm back, i noticed that the Evasive Maneuvers of the Flight Power pool, gives more than +10% bonus to all defenses Can be slotted with defense enhancement sets, unlike the Acrobatics power from super jump, and it gives you bonuses even when you don't fly Isn't overpowered? There is no reason to not take it, it's like the fighting power pool with tough and weave
  4. Rain is a power that i don't like graphically, fire already has 3 aoe damage powers that I'm going to take, plus I'll have to take one from the Parton powerset to gain a pet. So, I'm not sure i want to take another attack.

I have a DP / Pain defender, and a Dark/Super Reflex sentinel So i didn't thought at either Dark or DP as primary MM are cool, i have a Robot MM, but with any MM the pets take most of your attention, and i would prefer a character more indipendent, able to deal damage on his own. Anyway at high level, it will have a pet from the patron power pool, and the pets from the lore incarnate slot

I would like to play a Corruptor with Dark as secondary cause i love the Dark Servant, but I'm not sure about the primary powerset i should take I priorize style over effectiveness, but i don't want an useless character ofc And i like having many pets, so i was even considering an Electric / Dark Corruptor
  8. Thanks for your advice This way i will have healing at lvl 50, not at earlier levels when i do TF, but more or less is everything. Just a question, how do you calculate that 275% recharge bonus? Domination cannot be enhanced, and i don't think that a recharge bonus from the alpha can influence it. Adding together all the recharge time bonuses from the purple sets i will use: Both Dominator set Ranged damage Hold Immobilize Pet damage Luck of the gambler I don't think i will gain that much
  9. Why you are suggesting to drop medicine? My dominator don't have other ways to heal. I was expecting people suggesting me to drop fighting or leadership (that have not high bonuses for doms). About the defense i understand what you mean, but i still prefer the Mu mastery, since is an electric power like the basic one of my dom. If my build will be fully equipped with the purples enh i want, should be able to softcap S/L/E and have an high resistance (for a dom) to all other damages ^_^

I am leveling up an Electric / Radiation Dominator, but this problem is more or less the same for most Dominators: choose what power pools take. 1- SUPER SPEED Is needed to have Hasten, and be able to continuosly use Domination 2- MEDICINE Is needed to have a Self Healing. Also it allows me to store 2 additiona special healing Enhancement, like miracle. A dominator doesn't have many ways to heal himself, and this power pool increases a lot his survivability. 3- FIGHTING Is needed for Tough and Weave, and allows me to slot a full set of gladiator armor and shield wall. 4- LEADERSHIP The assault power gives me and my pets a +10% damage. The maneuvers power can be slotted with the reactive defense enhancement 5- MU MASTERY Gives me an additional pet, a very strong armor power that can be slotted with the Unbreakable Guard, and a power that boosts my resistance, and can be slotted with the Aegis special Ehancement. (the epic powes of the heroes, for controllers and dominators are so bad...) The problem of this list is that my dominator misses a movement power, and i can have only 5 power pools. I wanted to choose fly, to have also levitation, and slot the Luck of the Gambler bonus of global recharge speed. I don't like the running power of super speed, cause it doesn't increase my jump, and cause i can have the ninja run for free. So... What do you think? What are the power pools that a dominator absolutely needs?
  11. thanks for your effort, i tried it and not even the bind worked like i wished this command can activate power A, then power B, when both are ready to be used but, if power A is in cooldown, the power B doesn't activate since my intention for this key was: first use power A (heavy damage/long recharge) and activate power B (low damage/fast recharge) when A is in cooldown, this command does not work
  12. whatever, i never said this game was unplayable whitout improving macros, i said that the interface did not changed since day 1, but many powers were added the magnitude of this discussion is grown too much, so... bye
  13. Seriously, if you don't get the difference, is not my issue Yesterday i said there was no point in talking to you anymore, thanks for proving me i was right But think positive, we play in different servers, and probably even live in different continents 😄
  14. And the part you seem not have grasped is: Adding 10 click powers to an archetype that used mainly 5 clicks in combat can be fine. Adding 10 click powers to an archetype that already had to use a lot of click powers, can be a bit complicated. That's all i had to say
  15. Thanks for the help I tried some of the commands you suggested, but it still didn't worked like i hoped. The keybinds can acivate first one power then the other, when they are ready to be used. But if the first power that should be activated is in cooldown, the second power doesn't work. Since my intentions were to create a macro that makes me use first an heavy damage / slow recharge power, and a light damage / fast recharge power when the heavy one is in cooldown, guess that this simply cannot be done with CoX. I guess i will give a try to the programs you suggested, just for curiosity ^_^ Should have said Dominators (1 toggle power from primary/secondary pools, and +1 click power compared to any other class) instead of controllers. My bad I agree on the pandora box risk, didn't mean to say: "i think this game is broken if you don't improve the interface like i suggest" I don't agree with the: "using a dominator is as easy as using a tank, more or less all characters are the same" Adding an average of 3 powers and 3 keys to press in a mmorpg during its development is no big deal. Keep adding them for 10 years, until you have 6-10 more powers / key to use in combat is a bit more complicated. I'm sorry that this can't be solved by macros/keybinds to not create bigger problems.
