  1. I've recently been on a tanker bender and my most recent addition is a bio/ma. This is my first ma toon I've made but I can already see the power of spamming dragons tail with ff procs and that's something that compliments bio's desire for recharge. What I don't know is which st attacks to skip in ma (definitely not storm kick and dragons' tail), and I've been working off an old build I've found on the forums but for lack of better words it is a little bland. I know how to build bio to a degree, but I'm not sure how to slot MA's attacks other than dragon's tail. If anyone could offer assistance with a build (preferably with some procs) that would be really helpful as I'm not the best build maker.

  2. So I'm coming back from a decent break and come to find a new powerset, semi buffed ice control for doms and ill control for doms. My last toon was an ill/traps troller and I haven't made a ice control toon yet. Originally I was thinking ice/ice or ice/sonic but I got to thinking that savage and ice control might have some good synergy with both wanting to be in melee range. AA got the buff on doms and maybe I proc cold snap?????? I've never used savage assault so I don't know how it fairs but It has some cool animations and the teleport looks sick. Moreover if anyone has any good ice/sav builds I would love to see them or other pairings with ice that could be fun. 

  3. Also is eviscerate just bad? I haven't seen many people run it and during playing I've noticed the cone radius isn't that good. 

    I'm a proc fiend and I know tankers and especially rad armor tankers can fit procs in their builds so where do you think those would be best at? Spin and Ground?

    You can swap Gamma Boost for Ground Zero and use the slots for it. You will lose 86% resistance to endurance and recovery debuffs. Or remove Taunt, take the slots from Gamma Boost but keep it to have the debuff protection. Or if you don't use Fly you can replace Evasive Maneuvers for Ground Zero while taking the slots from Gamma Boost.

  4. So a couple questions.

    1. Why no ground zero? its one of the main reasons I picked rad armor bc its really fun and can be proc bombed.

    2. Is the reason you six slotted gamma boost with synapse for the set bonuses bc, I'm usually not hurting that bad for end.

    Overall this is a good start for me so I appreciate the insight.

    Your resistances are at 83.44%/83.54% with one stack of the ATO in Follow-up. With a second stack you go to 90%. S/L defense is at near 40% and Barrier will put it at 45% if you find yourself in trouble and need to use Barrier (it's only when you're at a point where you need to use Barrier that you really need that last 5% anyway).

    Damage procs are fit into the build where they can be, which helps noticeably for DPS. 

     

    On the defensive side, the usual controls are taken. Cinders and flashfire have a 25 foot radius, which helps in many situations. Another key feature of the build is to have good resists most of the time by rotating melee core hybrid incarnate and rune of protection. The demonic and eye of the magus clicky accolades help to fill in gaps for resists from time to time, as needed. Doing this makes for a noticeably tougher build when fighting in melee against mobs that can do big smash / lethal damage, as well as against mobs that do other, more exotic damage types.

    This build looks crazy and I have been wanting to try ice mastery, Ive been trying to grind up some inf to get some of the winter sets because they seem really good.
