I am having some issues getting the Clarion Radial T4 and Farsight combo to give me insta snipe. I'm following your build and I'm still working on the hamis and purple sets. I have one hami and one to hit in farsight until I can finish it with another hami. With clarion/farsight up my to hit is at 22.50%. Am I missing something due to the missing sets/hamis?
