So apparently it’s a graphics issue I was running at low settings. Switching back up the graphics displayed!

I have gotten 2/3 of the new accomplishment badges and their icons are displaying incorrectly in both my badge window, my personal info window, and the info window for my friend. reporting to have the lovely icons fixed and displaying.  Photos attached for reference.

To get the accolade you need to do all the arcs and then exit through the portal which gives you the escapist badge. The mission is called the rift enclosure it’s lvl 50 in Ouroboros. Hope this helps
