[Pipedream: Being able to use a ranged based set with Blackstaff equipped]

I like this idea, but instead of a wand power set, how about just giving us the option of purchasing the wands from the P2W vendor, much like the Blackwand.

[New Base NPC idea]

Would be nice if we could get a P2W NPC vendor, Reward Merit vendor NPC (I know they have the Reward Merit machine, but would be nice to have the NPC for non-tech bases), and a Wentworth NPC for the base.

I'd also suggest a 'Star Field Pattern'  i.e. Star Boy or the inside of Quasar's cape.

[Some Suggestions]

1.  Wind Control power set - This set was in production when COH closed down, if the codes still exist it would be great to have this released.

 

2.  New travel powers - Motorcycle and Horse

 

3.  Reactivate Galaxy City contacts - This would give us a few more contacts at lower level.  Maybe even create some new missions for them.

 

4.  Galaxy City superhero survivors - Turn these NPC's (Super Charger, the Invincible Axios, Madame Maven, Bullet Streak and Halox von Horn) from window dressing into actual contacts with story arcs much like Twinshot or Eagle Eye.

 

5.  Remove the Clockwork from Perez Park - At the very least move them to Hell's Highway or the Boneyard.

 

6.  Warriors - Have them start to branch out and show up in Atlas Park, King's Row, Steel Canyone, etc...

 

7.  Earth First - Create a new anti-alien/evil MIB group (Nature/Technology) that's going after ALL aliens.

 

8.  Sons of the Feathered Serpent -  Create a new villain group that worships the 50's villain Feathered Serpent.  They'd have a Aztec warrior motif and would use the Archery, Broadsword, Poison, Beast Mastery power sets.

[Bring Back Galaxy City from release]

I agree bring back GC, but as a Hazard zone.  If you really need another newbie zone, either create a new one, or convert Outbreak from a tutorial to a newbie zone (of course they'd have to give it a new name).  Storyline wise just say that the PPD and heroes have finally cured the Contaminated and the 'Hot Zone' has been repaired and the quarantine has been lifted.  Unknown to the PPD some Contaminated have managed to escape into the sewer system and will still plague the new zone.
