  1. I believe for Numinas on Frostwork, it will proc on myself when I use the power on someone. At least thats how regen tissue works on Ground Zero for rad armor. For Sleet, Artillery gives 4% ranged defense, which is hard to beat I think, same with Numinas large ranged defense at 6 slots. With this its 41.5% ranged defense, 1514hp, 254% regen.   4. I'll point out that the reward was apparently way too good, but I can get 6% +Def to All for only 12million influence.

  6. I am not going to punish someone for doing something that the game incentivizes. In fact, I have more reason to 1-star a player who hasn't loaded up early on rewards and is slowing down the team.
  7. As someone who powerlevels and loads new characters with IOs and enhancements, this doesn't make much sense. You literally have people running AutoHotKeys script to farm 24/7, then when you go to do low level content, you're paired with some person who is far more uber then the rest of the team, because they loaded up the new character with rewards, even clearing entire mobs ahead of the rest of the team. Everyone loves barely getting to fire their powers off right? The accolade offers a one-time reward for not doing that one time. That was the intent. Yes problems with existing characters and fairness I guess, but I guarantee people will roll new characters to obtain it. Granted it would be more like a stimulus as once most accounts achieve it, things would return to status quo.

  9. Based on the responses, NO suggestion that would direct a path of play would ever come to life. Not just mine; I don't take it personally. A suggestion for a 4star accolade would be a different thread, and very possibly worthwhile on it's own.

  12. Doesn't make sense to me. Getting an accolade for completing none of the badges required for it. If someone wanted to only play villains they are disadvantaged by the mostly hero character base that has no reason to ever do villain accolade content. Maybe there is 1 or 2 that is easier to get on either side, in this case it's a concession to make the game even easier.
  13. Why should heroes and villains automatically get accolades for switching sides when the badge requirements are entirely different? No need to discuss the effect or reward if the premise of the badge is dismissed.
  14. But just because someone chooses to play this way doesn’t mean they aren’t a valued member of this community. you might find yourself soloing everything quicker than you think. This whole post is quite passive aggressive and I don't appreciate the tone at all. I have no issue with the AE farming, people can still do it the same without the proposed accolade exactly the same. This idea would give people both a reason to run more 4-star TFs because of how many existing characters there are, and all low level content to be run more often because people want the accolade on new characters.
  15. If a player chooses to play their own way and never complete a task force, why are they being denied the task force commander accolade for their choice in play?
