This is my revised build as of now. Gone through about 3 renditions but this one so far seems pretty decent. 59% for incarnate content but unfortunately without Ageless, suffers from end issues.

SR is quite capable of being endurance efficient. I currently run FF, FS and Evasion plus Tough, Weave, CJ full time and often add on Tactics and/or Maneuvers to the mix on my Claws/SR. I'm guessing Body Mastery has to be taken to achieve this efficiency then? I haven't taken it on my build and I find myself having to slot ageless to deal with my end issues.
Slightly unfortunate because I wanted to get Rebirth as a heal backup for what SR lacks. -
A few pointers and explanations;-
I would prefer to keep Soul Mastery, it really fits my toons theme and I love the abilities.
I haven't added incarnates yet.
Elude/Hasten isn't really final in my mind at the moment. The problem I seem to be running into Pre-Incarnate right now is Endurance. It's got quite a lot of toggles and it's killing me in the end department. I'm guessing Body Mastery can help this or Ageless but truth be told, I'd love to try and keep Soul Mu and possibly not have to take Ageless. I think if I can get the endurance right then I'd rather take a healing Destiny instead.
I was thinking of maybe seeing if Perma Elude could be a thing with this build hence why both it and hasten are in there but tbh, I think this is a lost cause, i'd rather just drop Elude altogether or mule it.
So if anyone can help with this, I'd much appreciate it.

Hey guys,
Been fooling around with Scrappers lately and I'm having a few second thoughts about this build. Don't really have much experience with MA or SR so any feedback would be appreciated.
Trying to make it as tough as possible while outputting quite a lot of damage.

Been playing a SS/Inv Brute for a very long time and while I enjoy it very much I wanted to build something very sturdy and invincible on the tanker side. Having read up, Rad/Rad seemed like a very decent combo to go with. Problem is though I'm having trouble with the build ( Every ability seems excellent ) and i'm quite indecisive about what to take and how to fill the gaps to get the hard caps in place.
Looking for something extremely sturdy and with very good damage output. Your help is most appreciated.
