[Movement Penalty for Granite and Rooted Inconsistent.]

Can confirm. Rooted is not affecting the player constantly, if Granite Armor is activated while moving.

 

Also, there's no mention in game of this speed penalty interaction in game.

It really depends on the team... If they're trucking along, and you don't have time to stand around to cast an AS, then don't open up with AS.  Use another move.

 

If your team has horrible damage- then it might be a good idea to open up with AS and eliminate the most dangerous enemy within a pack.

 

Not sure why you wouldn't have hide on, regardless of opening with AS or not. It's pretty much half of our class defining abilities; and if you don't like sneaking about... Then a scrapper might be more your thing.

No. Only primary abilities will crit.

Would Power Boost from the Soul tree (Still get Soul Drain, just non perma according to Pines)... Be useful for this build?  I don't see Power Boost augmenting Rune of Protection in Pines (Or Clarion), which would cap all our resists...

[Possible Bug - Keybinds Save]

Camera controls are not saving correctly using the UI save/load options.  Easy to test, just edit the keys, hit save a bunch, then make a new character and your keys will not be loading 100%.
