[Respec - Loss of Enhancements]

I have had this issue twice now on two different characters where I respec and place all my enhancements in the slots and remaining enhancements in the tray for sale of use as upgrades. After I complete respec and supposedly locks in my changes, none of my slots and powers are as I chose but revert back to original settings and all my unused enhancements placed in my manage bar for future use to sell or use as upgrades are gone. This is causing me a lot of headache and loss in influence. Please fix this issue.

[Rainmeter - CoH Server Status]

Anyone have any experience with Rainmeter and making server status widgets? I have tried and I cannot get anything to work. Just want something simple like name of shard and a green or red pip to show up or down.
