I found a possible solution: MSVCP140.dll and VCRUNTIME140.dll are runtime libraries for Microsoft Visual Studio (Visual C++) 2015/2017/2019. Visual C++ runtime libraries are used for running programs developed in Microsoft Visual Studio. CoX uses these dll. To fix go to: vcruntime140.dll free download | DLL‑files.com (dll-files.com) Get appropriate downloadable exe and this should fix the issue.
